The only carburetor I've seen on the 370 were holley and they have a built in governor..I've rebuilt them before, but never bought one... you could use a 2v motorcraft carb from a car of pick up but you would have no governor and you'd have to rig up something for the auto choke unless you got lucky and found one with a manual choke.. you might also find a used original Holley on ebay or maybe search the internet for a rebuilt...
