1953 Ford F5 Wheels and Brakes

I am trying to find out if there is a one piece wheel that will fit this truck. It has the 5 bolt, 20" two piece wheels now. Also does anyone know of a disc brake retro from a late model truck that would fit the front of this truck. I bought this truck from a christmas tree farm. Someone has modified it to have a 351M motor and C5 trans. It's alot of fun to drive, it just makes people smile when they see it.
