Look under the truck, does it have a PTO driven pump? follow the hydraulic lines to the hyd resevoir, should be somewhere under the bed, not in the cab.If it is a electric driven pump it is probably mounted near the outside controls if not under bed also.Some of these units are a round tank with a built in pump. See where the noise is coming from when you engage the unit and trace to a resevoir, filler will be on top so you can add fluid.
