Greetings, does anyone know if a 1962 Chevy K20 (4X4) frame can be replaced by a 1962 Chevy C20 (2wd) frame (both are long beds)? I know the front suspension is entirely different, so I am wondering if this swap is difficult. I am considering the purchase of the K20, but the rear frame is shot. The C20 has a good frame, and I'm hoping I can strip the K20 4X4 gear and bolt it onto the C20 frame. I would also use the C20 cab and box. The K20 is just donating it's running gear. Would front spring shackles need to be welded to the C20 frame, or do they bolt on? Thanks for any help. Rich
