You need electrician who can take continuity tester and figure out what switch configuration is. Then hooking it up is easy. Switch used to be center off, double throw, other throw reverses polarity plus and minus to motor. Hope this helps. If I was there I could do better. Other side may tell you colors or may be different. Sorry can't remember more.
