Is it a flathead but only bigger than the engine in your dump truck? The F-7 & 8 models came with the big Lincoln flatheads, the heads are wider the the smaller flatheads that came in the smaller trucks. If it is an overhead valve engine then it's not original. I think Ford used the big Lincoln in the trucks until '53 or 54.
