1963 chevy C10

I have a 63 Chevy C10 that I want to put power brake booster on and also want to change the rear end from 6 lug to 5 lug and would like to know if some one knows what rear end will interchange. I too want to install power steering and front 5 lug disk brakes. Basicly I need to know what vehicle parts will interchange.
