Chevy 292 Exhaust Manifolds?

I bought a 81' C-20 with 4.8 292, I need an exhaust manifold and I cannot find anything. The only thing I can find is for an older 292, 73-76. Anyone know if I can use something like that or a better place to get something that will work? My manifold is not repairable. Thanks for any help! I can't really drive the truck at this point, and well I need it!!!
