Before you go searching, pull the axles out, then take out the gear set, Does it make noise when you rotate the drive shaft?.. grinding? has it ever locked up? You may have even broken an axle shaft right at the side gears, allowing the pinions to rotate around on the ring gear carrier. John in Nebraska
