Help: Need source for International 549/Spicer Clu

Does anyone have a source for clutch/clutch set-ups for an International 549/Spicer 4 speed combo? It's going in a 1964 Superior Coach. I think I have a good flywheel sourced but, the clutch is giving me problems!

Any advice appreciated!
