too much brake

Have a 1979 IH 1700 s series truck I rebuilt master cylinder,replaced front calipers and all hoses. Hydrovac brakes single line system. Bled slave cyl. at booster and all wheels.After driving a short distance pedal is hard at top and brakes won't release. Whats wrong , slave cyl. stuck??
