Mike, I also can be added to the burn list...I bought my '54 P/U from a dealer in Texas. I said the same words as you and was really excited to get the the purchase. Not so good of a purchase as you could imagine. It is a few years later and I love my truck. The $$$ we put into our trucks is so well spent mine even has a name "Nellie" and if you knew Nellie you could see the resemblince, stubborn. Yet, so cool to drive.
