Ray, once you get the upper half the intake manifold out of the way, it starts looking like an engine, be aware there is a hidden bolt in the middle of that manifold, Torx head i believe. Torque the heads to specs, be gentle with the intake gaskets going back in, using silicone in the corners, clean everything good, fuel injection comes off easy, you will need the special un coupler tool for the lines. If you pull the exhaust manifolds, (recommended), have a care with the stud bolts that hold the tinwork. Why does it leak? blown gasket>?, how're the valves? Easiest part of this, is the aluminum lower intake only weighs about two pounds, such a change from the cast iron models. John in Nebraska
