Ford F6 problem

Hi,
I just dragged my old F6 out of the woods tonight. It has been sitting for least 30? yrs. I have a guy whos wanting to buy it. My problem is the back wheels wont roll. the front trun good but the back wont. Also the brakes are'nt working. the reason im asking this is cause the guy is planning on pulling it to his house (only about 3 miles from mine) so i want it to be at least halfway safe when he moves it lol. Any ideas?? Thanks.
