My dad talks about the days in the 1950's when he worked for a local milk hauler running a route picking up canned milk. I have never seen one of these outfits. The guy my dad worked for ran 1-1/2 ton IH trucks for this job. I think it would be interesting to find one of these old bodies to restore on a truck and/or fabricate? one if possible some day (later when I get a better equipped shop and proper storage.) Anybody have one of these rigs or pictures of any? Share any old memories? Thanks.
