Seat belts

Been lurking on these boards for a while and decided it was time to appeal to the knoledge that tends to accumulated around here.

I had my daily driver totaled out a couple of weeks ago. So I've decided to resurrect my C10. Only problem is that it has the old lap belts as the only restraint. This tends to make the wife VERY paranoid. Do you guys ( or gals ) have any suggestions on a good restriant system to put into the C10?
