77 f 250 cold starting problem

My 77 f 250 has a 400ci with electronic ignition.It first started acting up when it would die during warm up, I could wait about 5 minutes and would be fine. Now when I try to start it cold 50% of the time it will not fire and is getting worse. When it starts and warms up it will start up every time. I have changed ignition switch and tune up. PLEASE HELP!!
