Have 1986 f350 similar inquiry, now trying to locate front brake rotors. Seems that a non-oem rotor is fitted with a "lehman" patented spacer in order to mount the "budd" type dual wheel at the front. What non-oem part do you need? Are you doing restoration or regular maintainence?
