Ford front suspensions

Will any suspension parts from a 78-79 Ford F-250 fit on a 83 F-250? Namely, radius arms, bushings, twin I-beams. They appear to look the same. I think the steering is different as the steering box on the 78-79 appears to be behind the wheel centerline, and is ahead on the 83. Thanks in advance.
