I got a 53 Ford truck door in the barn, and the screw heads are painted same color as the door trim panel. I remember a buddies 50 F-1 and the trim screws up on the window surround and vent area had chrome heads. It might come down to which plant assembled the truck, have seen more drastic differences between Michigan built and Kentucky built vehicles in the past. Or it might make a difference if you have the plain cab or the deluxe. Leave em shiny, in my book, John in Nebraska.
