A '53 International pickup would have, most likely, a Holley model 1904 carb on it...although if the carb was ever replaced previously, it might also have a Carter YF, or some model of Zenith carb.

Go to www.oldihc.org and do a search in the archives on the Truck Talk discussion boards, and I think you'll find several resources for carbs and parts.
