While I may be mistaken, i was under the impression that the TH350C had the lock up feature vacume controlled, no electronics at all.
Again, unfamilar, the wires may be for the TCC...transmission controlled spark set up. All i know about the TCC is no one ever left it hooked up. It was in the very dark ages of emisions controls, and the feds were pushing the manufacturers further than the technology would let them do in a resasonable manner.
