Problem removing a Harmonic Balancer

I'm using a puller to remove a harmonic balancer from a 1984, 454 cu in Chevy engine. It doesn't want to move. I sprayed WD 40 on it, thought I would let soak in tonight and try it in the morning. Is there something else I should try?
