Selling 1963 C10 Shortbed need to know value

I am helping my little brother sell his 1963 Chevy C10 Shortbed & need help determining the value. HE is asking $4500 for it but I think it could go for more. It has a new engine & transmission, pretty good condition overall. The body is primed & ready for paint.

What would a fair price for this truck be? Any input would help.
