I have a 1963 chevy with a 350 engine and it will pull a trailer like 2500 pound trailer fine. My truck is a fractory 4x4 and we have had alkind of weight on it but it has leaf springs not coils. Your looks like a 1 ton so it will just about and thing you put on it. Very great year of truck and if you need frame parts 60- 72 is same frames. What does yours have in it 283,or a 6? YOu can change with the year I gave you, Your brake can change with a 72chevy truck your you can get kits. to change all out to new. That truck can be made in to a very classy truck good luck.
