Paint Question

SOMEBODY felt they had to try and discard my truck by hitting the door with something else that is kind of cyan-ish in color.... Well... to their dismay, they did nothing to my truck but put their paint on my nice door (Black in color)

What I am wondering is, how do I get that off my truck w/o scratching ??? Just take a wet rag and keep rubbing ???
