Resto or Mod?

I picked up a very original 72 GMC Sierra Grande. 3/4 ton longbed. 402 Automoatic. Dual tanks, made for towing. Never painted or touched. Just a nice Texas truck.

I have never done a truck before. Is there any demand for these big suckers, or is it pretty much confined to the half ton cruisers?
