the fuel pump will pump it, but it might take a little cranking...I would pour a little gas in the carb first, to save on cranking or spray some starting fluid in the carb, just becareful and don't flood it...remove all gas and starting fluid from carb before trying to start as you might get a backfire through the carb and you don't want any fuel close by....
