You'd also have to change out the distributor for a non-ESC unit.

The 'puter also controls TC lockup, if it's an automatic, but there ARE "workarounds" for that.

You'd have to swap out the in-tank fuel pump for one suited for use with a carb.

With the price of gas, if this is a daily-driver, not a play "hot rod", you'll be FAR better off finding out what's wrong with the EFI system and repairing it.

Pull the trouble codes, which MAY or MAY NOT tell you anything.

Can you hear the in-tank fuel pump run for 3 seconds when the key is switched "ON"?

That's where I'd staart... make sure the fuel pump runs, the filter is good, and 10-13 PSI is being delivered to the TBI.
