add a fuel regulator that uses a return line and drop the presure form 6-9 to 3.5, replace intake manifold w/ aftermarket (center mounting bolts are different on TBI, need to grind out or get one correct designed) and 750 vac secondary holley, non-injected HEI distributor. If trans is auto need TCC wiring and TV cable and bracket.
Gas mileage will go down 1-2MPG and torque will drop too.

OR you could check the fuel pressure, get a $5 noid light and pull out your timing light and troublehoot the TBI. Fuel, injector pulse, and spark is all that's needed.
