I have an opportunity to purchase what it's owner calls a 1945 1 1/2 ton chevie truck--commplete with hoist and 235 CI engine. I didn't know chev trucks were made in 1945. Is that possible? Also, is the grill, fenders, hood, etc. the same size as those for the pick-ups? Almost looks like they're the same. Also, what is the 235 doing in this truck? I'm sure it's a 235.

Thanks.
