The 366 was only used as a medium truck engine and is quite low compression, I seem to remember it being little if any above 8/1, so I suspect it will work fine on the cheapest 87 octane gas.
Listen for any detonation when you lug it down and back of the timing only if you must.

I still use an 87 C60 with a 366 and I think the operators manual is still in the glove box. If the fuel requirements in the manual are anything but what I stated, I will post them here.
