I have an '80 Dodge that I bought new. I still licence and insure it and use it around the farm. Lately it has started giving a click when you turn the key and the starter motor does not engage. If you click it three or four times it eventually kicks in and starts. Today I cleaned the terminals on the starter motor and on the battery..didn't improve anything. The starter seems to turn the engine over fine and does not draw down the battery..what do I need to do here?
