86 f350 6.9 deisel to 460 coversion

has any one of you done this, or know of a link I can find some info on this conversion, I,m thinking of getting a uhaul type doner 460 and switching over to gas--repairing this ole deisel is very expensive and i,m thinking I can do this conversion cheaper than a rebuilt ether huffer.
