Sealed Power shows the same camshaft for truck and car. The bigger thruck and tractors get more lower end power by opening up the exhaust, many have the exhaust valve close to the size of the intake. The easiest way to do that without a lot of work is first with dual exhaust, then glasspacks, then hedders. If you are taking heads off, then you can deburr the exhaust ports. The race engines we did in the shop had larger intake valves for higher end performance, and deburr the intake ports. You can go further and align the ports from the intake manifold to the heads. When I was looking up the camshafts therre is a real good choice of high performance camshafts available. get an idea at http://www.partsamerica.com
