I have rebuilt a holley 2 barrel carb on a 79 IH 345 v8 dump truck. I did everything according to directions. It will not idle smooth and coughs and sputters when you take off. Otherwise it run fine. Also how do you adjust the coiled spring for the choke butterfly?
