Disconnect the battery and let it set a few minutes. Then reconnect it but do NOT start it for 15 minutes. Most of these new cars rely on the computer for Everything, and it takes a few minutes for the computer to reprogram after a dead battery situation. If you start it before it gets a chance to program itself, you will have some small problem.
