Chevy 366 Carb vs Fuel Injection

I have a 1978 C60 with 350 engine that's getting tired. I found a 91 model 366 (fuel injection) with 70K miles still in a school bus. The engine's for sale with all the electronics for 500.00. Would this be a good swap or should I go with a older carb 366 and not mess with the fuel injection? Truck is used to haul tractors locally only.
