The 300 inch six didn't come out til the late 60s, am sure someone will come up with the CID of your engine. The hydraulic tank is probably underneath by the pump, or in conjunction with the pump, get a flashlight and a screwdriver and go hunting. The screwdriver is for digging out the 20 years of crud that is hiding the plug. CAUTION, when working on anything with a hoist, Put a large block of wood, railroad tie size is not too small, back by the hoist hinge when the bed is up in the air, invariably when working on the pump, cable or whatever that box comes down fast, the block can save your neck, been there, done that.
