1990 Dodge truck wiring harnes for rear end

I have an old 1990 Dodge D250. When I first bought this truck I did not do a good job hooking up the wireing to the trailer plug. Now the rear end wire is shot and I do not have tail lights or turn signals. Is there anyplace that makes a replacement harness from the "T" that the Hoppy kit hooks to back to the tail lights.
