Do not deal with eperks! BEWARE AGENTS! They are ruthless, and VERY difficult to deal with. I will no longer do business with this company. They do NOT follow through on their word! The most horrible online experience I have ever encountered! As a seasoned California Realtor, I recommend NEVER to get involved with eperks in any way shape or form!!
