I have the 1961 Ford Truck 100-800 series Shop Manual which should cover the wiring issues. If the hydraulics you refer to are part of the truck, that should also be in here. If you mean the dump hydraulics, that would be aftermarket.
The book is not for sale, however if I can answer some questions I will.
