seeking engine/ other parts

Hi all..

I am looking for either a 6.9 or a 7.3 diesel engine to replace the bad 6.9 in my 86 F250, wondering if anyone out there has a good runner they would possibly part with for a reasonable price.. I really don't want to go gas in it, as I bought it because it was a diesel, but I also don't have a lot to invest, but my "quite solid southern truck" Is gonna be a rust heap if I don't get it going soon and get to driving it... sitting is harder than drivin them half the time.

Also looking for a body panel for my 69 F800 stake truck.. need the right side front "grille panel" where the headlight goes in. No luck finding one locally.. thought bout getting a complete front off of a slightly newer truck, but that would be a last resort...
