Never do business with this company! I am an agent. Great service in theory, but I got no leads. No big deal, thought I would just cancel the service. They make you call in to complete the transaction. I did. They told me I was canceled, then charged me anyway. I contacted them again, they stated they have NO records of my previous contact. I disputed it through my credit card compnay. EPERKS eventually decided to credit my credit card account. I thought I was done. Then BAM, they sent me to a collections agency. Now I am dealing with that. ALl of this after I submitted cell phone records supporting the phones calls they say never existed. My next step is to contact the attorney general in california. Bad ethics will be the downfall of eperks.com
