Run it untill it starts acting up and then check your fuel pressure. Interesting that it has to run untill everything gets hot. I would agree with the other post that suggested that it might not be fuel at all but rather be electronics somewhere. --Are there relays under the hood? I had a problem on shutting off once after an hour of running, I found out that the sockets of the relays were flexing in the heat and breaking contact. Cleaning the contacts solved the problem..-----But if you find that your fuel pressure drops when it is acting up check and see if maybe some of your gas line hoses, maybe at the tank, are getting soft and maybe sucking shut a bit when they warm up some.
