84 f-600 dump truck

Just bought this truck the left rear wheel cylinder was replaced as a part of the sale$249.00 plus labor, the next day the same wheel still leaking fluid,which is most likely the other cylinder the parking brake,the truck was drove @10 miles and I noticed the right side also starting to leak, The wheel cylinders range from $200 to$ 250 each with labor @ $1200 for rear brakes alone,Does anyone know if the rear brakes are seperate from the front which are disc brakes or am I looking at spending another $1200 on the front also
