rhouston, here in Nebraska if it moves and you have a title for it you can drive it. The Dept. of Roads snowplows are usually just as rusty or worse than the publics vehicles. They love the salt. But like some guys said, you can't believe how some people don't fall out of the vehicles their driving. We call it the Fred Flintstone effect, just drop your feet and start peddling. State of Nebraska Dept. of Roads Mechanic p.s. We use PBlaster by the case and the mechanics lean on brooms not shovels LOL
