Seems a lot of agents out there have a legitimate beef with Eperks for scamming them. Eperks makes promises that they in turn do not back up. When agents ask for a refund they use intimidation tactics until the agent goes away empty handed. They are currently being investigated by AG’s from several states for their fraudulent business practices. If you are an agent thinking of signing up with them save yourself the money and your reputation. I have spoken with many agent who are now considering a class action lawsuit.
