I replaced the 20" Widow Makers on my '48/51 F-4 with tubeless 19.5". The tires on the rims are decent high miler tires and I don't think I will replacing them anytime soon, but when I was at the local truck stop they had racks of used high mileage tires for $50-75 a pair. These tires had a lot of miles left on them and we'll never wear them out with the limited use we do with our old trucks.

Just a suggestion, check the places that sell old truck tires.

I you're looking for new try Coker, www.cokertire.com or Miller, www.millertire.com/

BTW, what kind of rims do you have on your '47. I had a COE chassis that had 20" rims with the outer snap ring. The '48 and up came with the Window Maker rims. You'll find it next to impossible to find anyone who will work on the Widow Makers. The snap ring type, as long as they're in good condition, are still serviced by most big truck shops.
