Posted by Mike in Ohio on January 04, 2008 at 21:27:39 from (76.188.93.37):

I have a 69 f250 with a 460 and a c6. The engine has very very low oil pressure. I found a 390 in the local paper, is the bell housing bolt pattern the same? I know the 69 came with a 390 and the 460 was not offered till 73 or 74. What do I need to swap in the 390? motor mounts? different trans or cross member? This is not a show truck but the body is in pretty good shape and is worth fixing. Thanks alot MIke
